Beforehand without tasers she might have been arrested normally.

Like I mentioned earlier there is no guidelines, so you get stuff like getting tasered for non-compliance, watch the video footage again. Suspended licence is an after fact.....but that's ok some people might think.

The police lives were at obvious risk and the woman was determined to getaway at any costs that she had to be restrained. confused3
