It is easier to say that you are proud to be black than being proud to be a black briton.
How many of us can say that? Well, sadly i don't think alot of us can.
Look around you we have no major role models to look up to and the government will keep encourage youths to get into music that usually (in Britain) leads to having a useless job with little pay.
Yes i am proud to be black but being black and living in Britain can seem quite insignificant. I take interest to our history and roots but not to the fact that i am proud to be black british. But don't get me wrong it obviously does have its advantages but we are still seen as being the 'ethnic minority' and we have less power than the African Americans.
