Unfortunately, Rehnquist's death gives the Bush administration yet another Supreme Court opening to fill (he tryingtofillSandra Day O'Connor's vacancy with John Roberts). Since these Supreme Court judges have lifetime appointments, who Bush chooses will affect the lives of Americans for many decades to come.

A statement from the spokeswoman said he was surrounded by his three children when he died in Arlington.
"The Chief Justice battled thyroid cancer since being diagnosed last October and continued to perform his duties on the court until a precipitous decline in his health the last couple of days," she said

no one is mourning him or other white folk politician in the village but it shouws on how pple in the village have a knowledge and aware about these white folks who make policies that affect black folks like the supreme court idiot
folks in here dont talk about Bush and others because they love them but we always look on how these pple spearhead policies that affect us

Pat Robertson's prayers have been answered. Now he will be able to call for a REAL conservative to be appointed. Not just a pro-execution, anti-sodomy, anti-abortion liberal but a real biblical law conservative.

When I first heard this story on the news, I thought how coincidental that both justicesare out in the same year. Now Bush can put his own people in that vacancy. He will mostly pick a conservative republican but he might just pick a democrat that he goes way back with and still shares his goals just to make people think he's being fair.
To believe is to have doubt and no facts but to know is to have facts and no doubt.
