Hey guys, I made a similar thread on another black community message board and I'm repeating it here because I think it needs to be known that people like this are out there.Â*http://www.khakain.com/theboard/phpb...pic.php?t=9516It bothers me to think that people like this exist and that this person's view is getting so much support (read the replies!!). And in a nutshell, this is why I hate the internet. While I see a bunch of interesting discussions on here, I've also noted a lot of disturbing opinions on others. I don't generally join communities (I'm more of a lurker) but this behaviour disgusts me and I need your help. How do you deal with people like this? Do you just ignore it? And if so, how does it not drive you crazy? I live in Canada and I honestly haven't really been exposed to racism like this before. No, I mean how the internet gives everyone an anonymous voice so they can say whatever they want, no matter how ludicrous or offensive.Â*It bothers me that these scumbags have their own little secluded community when they can talk about their messed up beliefs without consequence. I honestly think they're sick and it bothers meÂ* beyond belief reading someone say things like that.Â*

This is an inevitable consequence. It cuts both ways. The internet also makes it possible to spread usefule information anonymously.

You can wade in and explain to the morons how stupid they are.

Fair enough, though I don't think these people would have the balls to say this sort of stuff in public. It's one thing to have a voice and to speak it freely, it's another thing to hide behind a computer and preach senseless bs as if it were fact. I want to punch these people in the face.Â*

It's a pity the net has changed since the good old days when you just put in a handle and password. Now you have to do email and a whole page of junk.

I was going to go in and give them a piece of my mind, then I looked at that page of junk to fill out and thought, "These idiots aren't worth that much time."
