New Game=Violence Evidence?

Here Jack Thompson makes a headline-grabbing offer. I provide this link in the spirit of asking: is there any NEW evidence of video game inspired-violence? Can you tell me more about this guy and does he have a factual leg to stand on?

There will probably never be any facts in the usual sense.

We are dealing with paychology and statistics and there is probably no control group to compare the statistics to.

I assume different people will be affected by the games to a different degree. 5% at one end of the spectrum will not be affected at all. The 5% at the other end, who knows. How can you prove that 5% wouldn't have been violent anyway.

It's those borderline cases where the game may have pushed them over the edge. No FACTS to prove it one way or the other.
