I feel that nowadays the British goverment are taken this "happy slap" thing way out of context....recently a man drowned when 2 teenagers push him into a lake(teenagers are being charged with manslaughter)and it was filmed on a phone/and the guys who burnt a man who was asleep at a bus station.......i aks u now, why is it that when a crime/assult is put on video-phone- people lable it in the name of happy slapping.
somepeople were recording their crimes on cam-corders 4 a long tyme..even b4 real happy slapping came about. if u even look at some of the dumb things people do on the camer-phones u will see that there ain't even any slapping going on.
Happy slap:a person or persons slap sum1-and it is recorded on a phone.
Killing/burning/other horrible things put on phone nutthing 2 do with happy slapping.
I feel now the goverment/police just wanna divert the real cause of crimes on to happy slapping(a game started by school children, not a fun game if u are the victim)

I object to the whole stupid terminology "Happy Slappin". At the end of the day there is nothing happy about any of these warped-minded activities. I just wish they would dump the phrase altogether and call the acts out for exactly what they are. The act of recording them on video does not change their essential nastiness, but calling it 'Happy' this or 'Happy' that somehow sanitises its nastiness.
Itsa bit like theroad rage phenomenon. I stab another motorist to death or stomp on his/head relentlessly and it's put down to 'road rage'........what's that supposed to be, some sort of definiable medical condition? I just know it as mindless violence.

i'm not justyfing the slaps......it's the things like killing rape..ect...these thingz have been going since b4 the happy slapping...so why now say the these things happena s a resut of happr slapping...there have been many crimilas who taped their crimes....but the law never dubbed them in the name of happy"anything"......it's as the goverment now wanna blame a senseless kids game 4 other serious crimes.
