What do you do if you've had along hard day, or you just to wind down and relax? Or what do you do if you're feeling a bot low or moody? Of if you're stressed or angry or upset? I know people life their spirits in different ways so it would be interesting to know what people do to make themselves feel better when necessary

Lie in bed and watch some TV (probably Friends box set), that always cheers me up.

Or write about the day in my diary, and then forget about it and move on. I find writingin my diary helps get over those kind of days, because it's a place to vent and also a way to convey your emotions without having to talk. And it's inmy diary on that specific date, which to me, says keep it on that date; move on and get over it.

My bed

My Laptop.....when it was down i had such bad withdraw symptoms i thought i was going to die!

Reading....ahh, i can stay in bed ALL day with a 400 pages bookand deavour it like if it was a tub of ice cream.

The steam room....its so relaxing and the Nubian Natural products makes the experience a divine one...niceone.gif

Thinking too much....i really need to stop, its driving me insane!

It's called copperfoil and scraperfoil, dunno if you've heard of it? Basically you create a pic by using a special tool, theoutline is already there but your scraping away layers to bring the pic to life. Cheap, cheerful, kills time and makes me calm.

Next thing I wanna get into is tapestry, got my eye on a wicked chinese rug I wanna make and alsospecial pillows.

Gym. Especially love thehighimpact aerobics class or cross trainer for one hour listening to my MP3. Followed by one or two hours in the sauna and steam room. For extra pleasureIndia Arie CD, aglass or twoof chilled wine and i am happy as Larry.

And if the stress is caused by work the best way to leave it outside is towalk home, listening to my MP3 on full volume, and if you work where i work you know it's a pleasure to walk home with all thebeautiful scenery and the gorgeous voice of India Arie in my ear it so easy to get lost in your own thoughts that after 45 minutes journeyyou are guaranteed to reach home with a stress free mind and a nice smile.
