Roasted sweet potatos,breadfruit or yam.
Rice and peas
Vegetable Roti
Stir fried broccoli in garlic sauce with brown rice
Pizza Express-Veneziana pizza
Lentil Soup
Butterbean soup
Kidney Bean soup
Beans on toast
This is pretty much all I eat on a week to week basis.
The things two things I could eat over and over again if I had no choice would be the Roast Yams etc and the soups.niceone.gif
I aint asking for nothing, just open the door and i\'ll take it myself-James Brown.

Fresh pasta with pesto sauce
Kidney bean sauce with basmati rice
Grilled vegetables (courgettes, carrots, aubergine and tomatoes marinated in olive oil and thyme) and cous cous
Butternut soup
Boerewors (braaied), or T Bone steakwith onion and tomatoe sauce and mealie pap (don't know what the equivalent is around the continent).
Collard greens and beef stew with mealie pap......yum yum
@DM what is the mealie pap equivalent around the continent, do you know?

No mealie pap is not really eaten here, when I was in Africa I had a whole loaf with its middle taken out and fillled with a chilli type meat sauce, very nice, Borewors are a bora sausage favourite? am I correct?
