any?

coz if there are any here I would like to hear their opinions on certain things...of course here in public

if not their opinions then what the law states

as we seem to have many law oriented discussions but we never seem to have any legal arguments on those subjects

and I ought to think this is supposed to be a place where pple can learn new things
