British always refer to racism as something that happened 10 years ago, 20 years ago, but never right now.

Its like they have the smugness that they think they have eradicated racism and that the british are too civilised to be racist.

Any incidents like young black males getting impaled by axes or being killed in police custody quickly becomes "an isolated incident in an otherwise cohesive, loving community" this is bollocks
