R+B star R KELLY is reportedly at the centre of an internet sex tape scandal, after claims from his troubled younger brother the singer has had sex with minors, beats his wife, has molested his nieces and has had physical relations with men.
CAREY KELLY launched the extraordinary attack in a low-budget DVD, which has since been leaked on the internet.

On it he claims his brother was so proud of a sex tape depicting him having intercourse with an underage girl, he held a special screening of it on his tour bus.

The sibling also contends R Kelly offered him $50,000 (GBP28,000) and a lucrative record deal to hand himself over to police as the star of the video, so the IGNITION hitmaker escaped charges.

R Kelly has been charged in both Miami and Chicago of a total of 33 counts of possessing child ****ography. 19 have since been dropped, and the singer maintains his innocence ahead of a court appearance for the remaining 14 charges.

A spokesman for R Kelly, real name Robert, tells gossip site PageSix.com, "This is not the first time Carey has made ridiculous accusations against his brother, and we're not going to dignify them with a comment."

Carey also claims the 39-year-old penned hit track TRAPPED IN THE CLOSET to voice his homosexual tendencies.

A source close to the investigation told us: "This dossier is the truth BEFORE it was corrupted with Glitter's cash." It proves police—led by Lt Col Nguyen Duc Trinh—DID have enough to nail him for rape and put him on death row. The shocking testimonies reveal how 61-year-old Glitter:
[*]BEDDED the 10-year-old as her aunt, who sold her to him for £28, watched, [*]REVELLED in threesomes with them, [*]LURED another schoolgirl of 12 to his seaside villa for sex, then [*]CHEATED justice with hush money, prompting victims to change their stories. We also publish a damning picture that proves Glitter LIED about his relationship with 12-year-old Tran Thi Thao Nguyen. He told cops he was just teaching her English. But our photo shows him drunkenly parading her in a bar, boasting: "This is my girl!"
The prosecution dossier will be submitted to the closed trial in resort town Vung Tau, where Glitter set up home. It tells how a prostitute called Oanh brought her niece Tran Thi Thu Diem, aged 10, to stay with him last June— and twice sold her to him for sex.
The document describes the encounters in graphic detail, adding: [*]Diem testified Paul Francis Gadd (Glitter's real name) had sex with her on the bed. At night Diem, Gadd and Oanh all slept together naked on the bed. He would have sex with Oanh while Diem watched. He used his tongue all over Oanh's body. When he had sex with Diem, Oanh also watched on both occasions. This sickening detail has never emerged before.
The document also states Diem was given £3.60 hush money by her aunt, who told her never to tell what had happened. Around the same time Glitter took up with homeless orphan Hoang Thi Bong, 19. He paid her for sex and she acted as a ‘fixer'—introducing him to 12-year-old runaway Nguyen (pronounced Wen). He took both girls to a guest house where he fondled and performed oral sex on them.
The next month Nguyen went to Glitter's house with Bong. The pervert put a **** video on his laptop. The dossier says: "After a shower, he started to have sex with Bong in the bedroom. Nguyen sat on a chair and watched.

"They spent 15 minutes having sex and then PFG said to Nguyen, ‘Lie down on the bed with Bong.' He then had sex with Nguyen."
Next Glitter ordered the girls to perform a sex act too disgusting to describe here. The evidence bundle adds:
"PFG had sexual activity with Nguyen three times according to her testimony. The conclusion of the police was that he had full sex with all of the girls. A decision to prosecute was taken on the basis of that testimony."
Then it details the dramatic twist that saved Glitter's neck—his payment of around £1,100 to both girls' families.
The dossier says: "Nguyen said during police interviews she had sex or engaged in sex acts with Glitter three times. Later Nguyen told police Glitter only kissed and touched her."
The dossier would never have been made public if the News of the World had not obtained a copy. Cops only collared Glitter after we tracked him down. Brits who saw him flaunting his 12-year-old lover in Vung Tau's Labyrinth bar alerted us.
Now that evidence could help UK cops bring him back to Britain and nail him on child sex tourism charges.

dude is sick and troubled and needs to be put away for the things that is appears he has done and done repeatedly....



his brother releasing these new allegations though..makes him(the brother) more suspect than anything else.....

he seemed to have known about ALL of these things and said and did NOTHING......I guess because R . Kelly was paying him off......

The free ride is over so now he makes a DVD, 'selling' the story instead of going to the authorities or whomever and getting R . Kelly locked up...

well i havent seen the video. and one r-kelly hasnt been found guilty in a court of law. but as for glitter he is guilty and doesnt care. he is pedo tourist and the british justice system should remove his right to fly

im in two minds when it comes to r-kelly.
