Ok i will go first
1-Falling down stairs and smashing my head open, breaking my neck, the whole thing. Generally tripping over and smashing my head open and dying horribly
2-You might think its stupid but I have something with Escalators, that they will eat my feet.
3-Stairs with gaps you can see through. Despite the fact that these gaps are clearly not big enough for me to fall through, my bum clenches as I walk up them, believing that this will be the time I fall through the gap to instant death
4-Walking too near the edge at train stations - clearly someone will push me onto the tracks and I will die under the wheels of an oncoming train or be electrocuted to death by the electric rail.
5-Bridges - they are all only waiting for me to walk across them before they collapse killing me in a horrible and pointless way.
6-walking under railway bridges while trains are going across and waiting to fall on my head especially that one in 7 sisters..i think its got some faulty..makes noices like ....
7-Being on a train going across a bridge or high place. If too many people lean in on direction we could all die.

That was toooo funny.
I get scared getting onto trains when theres a gap, the gap is never big enough for me to fall through, but it still gets my heart going
Pidgeons when they fly at you, they always look like there about to hit you but always fly just above your head
Wheni'm in a car and a police car is infront ofme or behind, I know I haven't done anything but I still get scared
Driving through wooded areas in the dark, I feel like someones going to jump out of the trees with an axe and slaughter me, irrational but I still think about it everytime!
Come back with more later

Anything to do w/an animal's tongue, especially a dog's. I hate it when a dog licks me, it makes me want to dry-heave. I don't even like to see a dog lick someone else. yuck! :P Makes my skin itch just thinking about it.

Coltrane I think that some of your fears are signs that you may be slightly neurotic, maybe a holiday is needed?????? lol lol
So here are mine.
Car tyres - if I am doing over 70mph they will blow out and the car will tumble out of control and I will be a gonner.
Elevators - the rope will snap sending us all to a mashed up death
Air planes - I hate 'take off' don't mind landing, the pilot will not be able to get that giant 747 up into the air
SPIDERS - were sent to torment me blkhideblkhide
Seems I'm neurotic too...... lol lol

CONTRANE, numers 3,4 and 6 of your list all apply to me, I avoid getting the Tube anywhere, because I'm worried I'll fall onto the track confused2. offtopic.gifOh and today, I was buying pick and mix, picked up 3 of most things, then took 1 of each back out because i wanted an even number of sweets, and I cannot understand what compelled me to do that, my friend was looking at me like I was possesedofftopic.gif.I also have an irrational fear of wasps, bees and spiders, urgh, you all probably think I'm weird now confused3

Insects of any kind.
One fine,swarms NO!
Dont know if this qualifies as irrational as most people would probably be afraid of this.
I guess my most irrational fear is of the Eurostar, only ever managed to do it once and was having kittens the whole trip!
I aint asking for nothing, just open the door and i\'ll take it myself-James Brown.

I also have a thing with stairs. Used to get teased about it all the time, but I just can't walk down a flight of stairs without holding onto the banister rail and if there isn't one, I get very anxious and have to hug the wall or hold onto someone! I'm not even particularly afraid of heights. Walking up stairs isn't too bad though.

These two especially apply to me...maybe that contributes to why I don't care for the tube....well that & it's too claustrophobic
