Yes.
Animals belong on my plate, on my back or feet when I'm wearing them, in the wild or in a lab. That's it.
Why should we be nicer to them than they are to themselves? Eat or be eaten. Test or be tested on...
Lot's of drugs need to be tested that way and have been for decades.
Products that might burn you eyes need to be poured into a bunnys eyes first to see how bad the effects are.
Cosmetic testing... women don't want to buy lipstick that will poison their lips and make em fall off now do they?

yes i am all for it. all these moaning animal rights ppl need to STFU or boycott all forms of medicine, cosmetics, clothing, etc.

the benefits to humans is so important. like it or not animals come second. and until cute bunnies and dogs take over the world, i say keep testing.

personally i think all those animal... rights fluffy people... who feel so strongly about testing on animals... need to put there money where there mouth is... if u feel sooo sorry for the animals being testing on.. then they need to volunteer themselves to be tested on instead of the poor animals.. im sure mizz cow or mr goat would be grateful... and thankful ... their thoughts definetly bee with those animal rights activists.. while the munching on grass in the fields....

Yes 100% for medical testing.

Anyone who has ever takenANY prescription, over the counter medicine, chemotherapy etc. has the animals to thank for saving their lives. Advances in medicine are necessary and animals must be used. I don't see the animal activists lining up for human trials, so they need to stfu or never set foot in a hospital.

No to cosmetic trials. Unnecessary cruelty because lives aren't in the balance. Lots of the chemicals they test are unnecessary additives.

As for the lipstick comment, cosmetics are not a life necessity, why harm an innocent animal for the sake of vanity? My lips are naturally beautifull I don't need to put anything on them to make them look better, we are the only animals on this planet that add products to our hair/skin/face so why not test cosmetics on us?

Rastawoman do u use modern medicine to cure ailments? lets say..if u have a headache to u take painkillers? do you use contraceptives? inc condoms. do u use deodorant? soap? lipgloss, eyeshadow, foundation, contact lens solutions like saline, etc.

i could go on and on but u get my drift. i know if i was diagnosed with cancer 2moro i'd want the best medicine around to help me heal, and if that means testing it on fuzzy wuzzy chihuahuas and mice then i say go ahead.

i'll only respect a so called animal activist if they shun all forms of modern medicine and modern conveniences. until then, they r just a bunch of smelly noise makers. LOL!
