You might have to figure out the cues which cause you to crave coffee. Maybe it's stress from school and work. After finding these cues, you can slowly expose yourself to them without giving into the temptation to drink coffee. You have to do this gradually though so start from the least "coffee craving cue", habituate to that and then move on to a more threatening cue. You also have to make sure that during these gradual exposures your not using thing to replace the coffee. For instance, don't drink tea or another beverage while in the presence of the cue.
