3) Learn another language. Ebonics does not count.
4) Stop using the "N" word in the year 2006, especially since
Merriam-Webster has announced it isn't changing the definition.
5) Buy something each week from a black vendor.

There are a couple thingsI find rather hilarious about this. First is:
9) Be on time for something, anything!
Talk about stereotyping. I would not have a job if I wasn't on time everyday, or at least punctual on my professional commitments and obligations.
The second thing I find amusing is that it has:
6) Stop blaming white folks for 98% of your problems, while giving them
100% of your money.
&
18) Stop talking about it, and be about it.
...but at the same time, throwing in the religious spin indicative of a still mentally enslaved African:
11) In all thy ways acknowledge Him (GOD) and He shall direct thy path."
prioritize this as #1.
17) Learn to Let Go and Let God.
20) P.U.S.H.!! Pray Until! Something Happens!
...then we wonder why our people are seemingly so stupidly complacent. This is the same mixed message we get in our African/Black religious institutions (learned from Europeans & Arabs). There is a lot of talk about taking control of our present predicament in the world, but when a critical matter actually arises all we know how to do is pray until something happens...how pathetic is that...

Oh, dear. And here I opened this thread thinking that someone had some inspiring, intellectual thing to say to us. Well, you live and learn.

Apparently not as successful as it sounds.

Just how many houses have you been to?
and invest money in something. For starters, invest in the food you eat
and clothes you wear.
Nice one sparky.
3) Learn another language. Ebonics does not count.
Ever met an "African" that can only speak one language? No nether have I.
4) Stop using the "N" word in the year 2006, especially since
That word would be never right? Yes rarther negative isn't it.
Merriam-Webster has announced it isn't changing the definition.
Why should they?
5) Buy something each week from a black vendor.
Do they deliever?
6) Stop blaming white folks for 98% of your problems, while giving them
100% of your money.
Just who is giving me my money?
7) Subscribe to Ebony, JET, Black Enterprise, Essence.
Absolutely not.

Teletext is your friend.
After we read about what's going on in our world, how about knowing
what's going on in theirs? It is, after all, your world.
Do you know what this world is?
8! ) Stop walking past each other and not speaking.
Not wise to know too many people.
9) Be on time for something, anything!
Now is this a stereotype I'm sensing?
10) Get an annual check up; herbs do not cure everything!
Nether do doctors, it's why they invented hosiptals.
11) In all thy ways acknowledge Him (GOD) and He shall direct thy path."
prioritize this as #1.
Oh dear.
12) Stop being jealous of one another, learn to look past the material
things and see the person for who they are.
A patronizing wanker for example, non?
13) Get involved in at least one charitable or voluntary community
service.
For what reason? To make myself feel less shallow?
14) Say a prayer for someone besides yourself.
Why, can't they pray from themselves or something?
Shutting your eyes and thinking isn't really that hard. In fact almost all people do that all day.
15) Hug your child/spouse/parent today.
*Rolls eyes*
16) LOVE ONE ANOTHER!
A rather enslaving emotion. Try understanding instead.
17) Learn to Let Go and Let God.
Isn't that what everybody does? i.e they're passive, apathic, looking to something outside of themselves to do something for them. Self belief is a beautiful thing you know. It accomplishes all things..
18) Stop talking about it, and be about it.
About what? It's good to think things through first.
19) Let GOD order your steps instead of the world.
Or know what the world is and learn to walk in it. God has no legs.
20) P.U.S.H.!! Pray Until! Something Happens!
Yeah waiting for a Miracle, constructive, setting examples for people to follow.
21) In all that you do, get understanding, (turn off the TV, and open a
book).
Books are just as corrupting, do you think the people who wrote them are whole and pure?. Have you seen the crap you readon theinternet lately?
Don't just read this, DO IT and encourage others to take nothing for
granted..... .
Good intentions often have negative results.
Tell people what they mean to you - TODAY!!!!!!
This often has negative results for me.
