@Pele
I've found were culture is still strong and still resides at the core of a peoples existence, problems outside of those cultural walls are seen as relatively insignificant.
Worse enemy? just ask any African trying to make strides where the biggest let downs come from. Ten years ago we would have been complaining about racism, discrimination, having no internet presence and having no voice, yet as soon as things are in place it becomes racism and descrimination doesn't exist or you are an African voice but you do not speak for me. We have this way of revelling in the aftermath at even a sniff of freedom meaning we never really complete the original job.
Incognito........I have said many times on here, and done it with my school work, that the biggest enemy to blacks around the world today are other blacks. We can't finish what we have started. Some blackswill swear to Uthat racism doesn't exist anymore.....You say, we need reparations for our people, another black would jump to your face and say "what did these whites do to us, those who did slavery to us are dead? You say, we need to understand that we are Africans first, and Africa is home......Another back will jump to his/her feet "I'm African American, not African".You say, rich blacks have to help their poor brethren, "NO; I made it,Idon't care". So,having new agenda, and not finishing what previously started is part of us working against each other, and our interests...........
