@ Le Moor - what discussion is there exactly to be had? RRC are illegal and unenforceable; everybody knows that. I dont know what the point of the thread starter was but we have to be careful not to believe everything we see just because it has the word "racism" - or some form thereof - in the title.

The U.S. Supreme Court, in Shelley v. Kramer, decides that racially restrictive covenants[/b] aren’t legally enforceable. (The covenants became popular after racial zoning was outlawed in Buchanan v. Warley, 1917. They were attached to property deeds, dictating which racial or ethnic groups the property could or could not be sold to.)
