When it comes to actually moving forward and putting business/career/entrepreneural goals into action, I mean serious I action I've found black women to be my most dedicated resources and the results are solid. Anytime I need a lead, a connection, or any kind of support I get it and I really don't have to beg, just ask.Maybe it's just our experience, butan older guy I was working with who is an independent consultant said a black lady he knew who had faith in him and his vision got her husband to give this man $50,000 to start his business, and it took off and he made a huge profit. And it seems the support becomes almost unconditional if you provide a level of respect, sincere consideration, and try your best not to cross the business-personal lines. It's just another irony, because of some males I've seenthat complain about lack of respect, etc., etc.
