best - Manchester by far - i was there last weekend.. i shop there too, never shop in my hometown.

Nottingham.

Nottingham is wicked,i got a friend who lives right in the town centre, the night life is good and i see a lot of black faces, so i feel more comfortable.
as for london being too coolified, i would say there aren't that many asians in london. the only areas with loads of asians are hounslow, bethnal green, southall and harrow. london has way more black people 2:1 anyone can correct me if im wrong though, don't spend as much time in london as i used to.
