SKY.... NTL, CABLE ETC..

Just had to get sky re installed as it decided to break coincidentally as refused insurance... those people are so rude, some fresh cockney man with his blazé attitude talking for the sake of talking followed by frequent "nahh mate, dya nahh what I mean"Lazy attitude and referred to anything that needed 'maunal labour' as " just bung it over there"
Asked to use the bathroom, and has just stunk it out to high heaven I am sooo annoyed.

Rant over...
Has anyone been annoyed by the type of service provided?

BT, I know I know... but I thought the man was dying, I couldn't just say no. I was so annoyed when I realised he'd been there a lonnnnng time... without being overly graphic he didn't even clean things up.. I wished I'd checked the bathroom BEFORE he left.
