This video made me laugh,he reminds me of that Rex Kwon Do character from Napolean Dynamite.

Yeah he sure seems to know his stuff and all but he is doing it in a controlled environment and all those moves go out the window in real street battles,coz everything is just improvized according to adrenaline levels.

Anyway my high school Maths teacher(aftermy most recent altercation)said to me"J,theres know point in getting into a fight with anyone,unless you plan on killing them,otherwise it's just a waste of energy"

That was the first time in my young life I was ever stunned into absolute silence.

all that stuff looks cool .. all well and good.... but i guarantee you... him fighting someone who is strong... and with street smarts... and a dangerous mind.. that is not how it will go down.. besides half the stuff he showed there.. i already knew... and thats without martial arts trainin....

I have to co sign with Lucas on this one. I studied martial arts in the marines and all my instructors some where SEaLs said that raw strength is an equalizer over any martial art technique.

The funny part is the weight lifting dudes never really have any fast reflexes so you never really feel their power because you dodge it, the ones that generate the power are the ones like Tank Abbott because he has that layer of fat that hides his muscle. He looks soft from it and out of shape but really has the same muscle as a body builder but not the tightness or inflexibility of a lot of them, making him dangerous and fluid.

I can remember a many days when one little round Master Sgt beat the **** out of all of us and he looked like Fred Sanford body wise but could fight like a Wolverine and he looked every bit of 45 with hands forged by a black smith and quicker hands than ali and could fight on the ground like a Boa Constrictor.

Most martial artists cannot fight on the ground because they are not taught too....The ones than can usually cannot fight standing up because they are not taught to. Street fighters with strength can take advantage easily of the martial artists weakness and exploit it neutralizing all the training making the fight at that point all on instinct.

So be careful of what you study because all the arts have weaknessess as well as streetfighting and boxing.....Before I go though remember Tank has been KO'd several times himself by martial artists LOL

If you lift light to medium weights and uses high reps, you'll get the strenth and firmness without the bulk. It's a good idea to have a decent amount of fat around the body to absorb some of the impact from blows.

Alot of people have started combining martal arts, a bit of karate, or boxingwith a grapleing system like jujitsu, aikido orjudo.

But it dosn't mean anything to train if you do train fight. Alot of people receive their belts for knowing kata and paying the fee. They then get cocky and think they know how to fight and get royal effed up, theresno ettiquetteoutside.

Of course in reality its different, but i reckon 95% of people out there dont really know what they're doing in a rumble and that includes the big lumps who look hard.

Most mans come out out throwing punches uncontrollably, so anyone who is strong, got balls,is as streetwise as the next manand knows what they're doing, like this guy, can easily take them out.
