Thanks for that, and I concede to what you say.
So I will change the offending line to........
"Single parents are more prone to bringing up dysfunctional children"
The whole thrust of what I mean to say is that the "problem " is with a cycle of dysfunctional parents.
I have no "facts and figures," only as Kunjufu put it "my obvious life experience"
I dont particularly care what "My most prominent psycologists or sociologists" say.
I have lived long enough to see the rise of single parents becoming the norm,along with the rise in dependency on social security, with all the attendent lack of ambition, moral guidence etc.
I also know single parents that have brought up very well adjusted children.
I have no idea why I had all the "Europeans moaning" etc. rained down on My head, my comments were not a moan, just an observation.
