I've had a quick check and can't see a current thread on this, so here goes:

In light of the current furore over the UK's lack of policy on this, do you think it's right that someone commiting a crime in the UK should automatically be shown the exit?

What about those from countries in war, (i.e. Somalia)? What should be done with them? Do we have an obligation to keep them here?

I know that a lot of the recent spike in crime in Jamaia has been attributed to US deportees who have gained more sophisticated techniques learned in the US, which the JA authorities have had difficulties coping with. Operation Kingfish has helped out there, but do we run the risk of exacerbating the problem for the destination countries by implementing such a deportation policy?

Even if you're not paranoid, that doesn't mean that someone isn't out to get you...

Well if you're gonna leave till after they have already served their sentance then imo nothing should be done. However if you mean at the trial and sentancing then deportation should be brought up then if it must. I don't see the point in somebody serving 10 years inside then getting out only to be deported. That's dumb.
