This kind reminds me of those Kipling bags with the monkey hanging off them,they are really popular.Rudyard Kipling was blatantly racist,fortuantely ive yet to see a black person carry one,but funnily enough this is a Japanese brand.
Anyway Louis was quite a revolutionary(considering the times)on the quiet,maybe thats one of the reasons for the toy.
