I think that so many of us are unaware or un accepting of the fact that there are people who shouldn't/aren't meant to be in our lives. And the simple fact that they are can and does cause imbalance in our lives which can consume our whole being even though they aren't doing anything particularly bad to cause that reaction.
Letting things go is actually quite hard to do when all you know is how to fight and resist, and taking responsibility for your own feelings is like the real killer...... that's why so many of us remain in the cycle of accumulating rubbish.
So Bluehoney good on you for being able to let go and let live.

Everyone needs to do it, if u got someone in ur life that can't bring nothing to the table get rid. Only have peeps around u who u know will have positive influences in ur life and who u know will have ur back when u need it the most. I spring clean my phone on a regular basis so I don't have to keep bypassing names and numbers I'm not gonna use. In fact I think I'm due a spring clean right now.........

That’s a toughie and quite normal with siblings, I have a sister I love to bits but can’t stand to be around for more than a day. She is so spoilt and moans about every damn thing, last time we tried to spend a day alone sightseeing while in Africa she moaned about every little thing such as the taxi being too old, the food is heavy, too tired to walk after 5 minutes, too bored to sit, too sunny, not sunny enough lol. In the end my other sis, brother and my self left her by her damn self for three weeks while we went travelling to other cities lol.

All you can do with such people is try to find a way to relate to them and best way to do that is to find a common interest and start with that, (my sister interest is sports and boys lol she’s 21). Or could always work on your tolerance level, and develop the ability to block off annoying sounds… I am an expert on that, I don’t see or hear anything I don’t want too.
