Yes Google is good, especially for instructional information and manuals... I get alot info from there and fileshares.... BUT still.. some people use it as a crutch or for fast food knowledge about history and/or other concepts.

No, notat all, google is my best friend. To me it's not any different from an encyclopedia, perhaps even better. As long as the information you're getting is accurate, there's no harm in using it.
