You could make it a weekender if there is the budget for it.
Or a tour like a meet once a month in a selection of cities with an agenda and 'chill out' time afterwards.

Tell me Ress have you written to the Lord of Rings studio to find out why Frodo is white and what the studio policy is on racial opportunities for monster type humanoids?

Ahh never mind. I think those who want and are destined to meet will meet someday. As someone else said, these meet up threads have come and gone over the years but I suppose if the subject comes up once a year the incentive is there .
