Dear Enfield/Lambeth Police,
I wrote to Sharon Rowe the Borough Commander about the problem of Institutional Racism and I have not even received an acknowledgment from her. This has caused us to suspect that Sharon Rowe the Borough Commander is a White Supremacist Racist with no regard for Race Equality.
We have received a report that Sharon Rowe the Borough Commander is leaving Enfield to take up a position in Lambeth.
A Seriously Complex Role Is Next Up For Departing Police Chief Sharon Rowe (from Enfield Independent)
White Supremacist Racists in positions of power cause unjustified suffering, incarceration and death of people classified as Black and non-white. We all need to work together to stop the negative impact of White Supremacist Racists on efforts to achieve community cohesion and religious diversity.
RESS works hard with multiple community networks dedicated to targeting, exposing and tracking White Supremacist Racists in Trustee, Directorship, Executive and Senior management in Racist organisations that abuse Black and non-white people.
Please would you let me know who would be the correct person to get my query resolved so that I can complete my report. Please note that this is an enquiry and not a complaint. Hopefully results of the enquiry will make it unnecessary to launch a complaint.

Enfield Police - Race Equality/Diversity Scheme
Dear Sharon Rowe or Head of Personnel,
I am a member of the RESS a community action group focused on the problem of Institutional Racism. I attended the Metropolitan Police Community Consultation on Friday 11th May 2007 at the Mobile Police Unit Bounces Road N9 from 2-4pm.
I was horrified to see six (6) White Police Officers and not even one single Black Police Officer. The six (6) White Police Officers were YE99, YE7280, YE7123, YE7281, YE182 and YE7275. None of the Police Officers had anything positive to say about the abscence of Black and Minority Ethnic Police Officers. I even visited Edmonton Police station and spoke to Police Officer YE117. This experience caused me to suspect that Enfield Police has a problem with Institutional Racism.
The reason I am writing is to try and obtain some facts about the ethos, performance and quality of the Enfield Police Race Equality/Diversity Scheme. Hopefully the facts will be good news.
I have to deliver a report to the community network and need to have some very important questions answered.
If it is true that the problem of Institutional Racism which is White Supremacy exists in the Enfield Police and this problem is not solved, Racists in Commander, Inspector and Senior Management positions will sabotage and disrupt the work of non-racist staff. I think you would agree that in order to achieve balanced Police services, White Supremacist staff which are the same as Racist staff must be rooted out urgently.
Please would you send me the answer to these three (3) specific questions. Please would you ensure that no Racist staff answer these questions as White Supremacist, Racist Terrorist staff will try to lump all these questions together in an attempt to confuse the situation.
These White Supremacist, Racist Terrorists are responsible for the systematic abuse of the non-white community and are the cause of incompetent administration, stress in the work place, Child abuse, misappropriation of funds, violent and unjustified arrests, premature deaths, Police corruption, domestic violence and gun crime on the streets.
1. Are any of the Enfield Police departments Institutionally Racist which is the same as White Supremacist?
2. How many of the Enfield Police Departments have the correct number of Black and Minority Ethnic staff in Commander, Inspector and Senior Management positions?
3. What checks are in place to ensure that staff in Enfield Police Departments are not members of Racist organisations?
4. Please would you send me ny post and email the latest performance results of the Enfield Police Race Equality/Diversity Scheme.
5. Would you please send me the 16+1 Ethnic Classification of all Enfield Police Commander, Inspector and Senior Management.
