I read that Britain has the HIGHEST rate of teen pregnancy in all of europe....

Yester-years were full ups and downs,smiles and frowns, cheers and tears...But I'll do it all again.

Yep its a great plan and one that would produce results. Who in their right mind would want to get pregnant knowing they have no free housing to look forward to. no free money. If your under 18 and get pregnant then that should be the rule with exceptional circumstances.

Young girls have to know that their free paper bun. Call it tough love.
