Road Rage: The Battle for Britain's...
Mon 7 Jan, 9:00 pm - 10:00 pm 60mins

Britain is in the grip of an escalating road rage crisis. Filming on some of the UK's most traffic-choked streets, this special investigation exposes just how bad the situation has become; as violence and abuse in the war between motorists, cyclists, wardens and police escalates without any solution in sight.

For decades, the UK's ever-growing number of motorists have been kings of the road; paying tax and fuel duty, they believe the streets belong to them. But now the balance of power is shifting. Increasing numbers of cyclists and pedestrians are demanding, and exercising, equal rights to the road and the anger on each side is mounting. Strong language.

i really enjoyed this programme it was an eye opener
i dont like cyclist in the road always find them in the way. they would be better placed in cycle lanes seperate from motorist and pedestrians. hate when pavements get split so cyclist can take up pedestrian paths

very sad about the cyclist that died as a cement lorry crushed her head.

suv's no probs with them. one guy on the show showed that his car was too big for the marked out parking section so he always gets a parking fine

i never knew cyclist cause deaths and accidents, glad to see london city police serving tickets to them who run red lights. afterall one rule for all must be applied to all.

When cyclist start paying road tax and insurance then they can start talking about claiming the roads. Some of them needed their bikes wrapped around their necks, especially the idiot naked cyclists.

why oh why...........do i always get the dickhead that drives at 20mph in a 50mph country lane, you can't even over take the mofos as it is a single skinny lane without hitting a tree or a deer

why oh why........do i get a cyclist cycling in the middle of a road........i just rev the engine......that scares them.

what about those wankers who don't give way in the roundabout.

orrrr you wait in line in your car in the petrol station and for the person in front decides to hesitate over which chewing gum to buy.

i say burn them all

i do have road rage, i cuss, i swear, i beep and i don't care, i drive good and i drive fast, i don't have time for slow drivers......frig it you better of with a horse, sometimes the old people drive so slow that even at a gear two it is not slow and the car stalls.

frig them

Personally, I don't waste time on road rage anymore. Life's too short. Ever since I added some modifications to my car, life has been sweet.

Just last week, I got stuck behind some old granny doing 15mph in a 30 zone! I just took her out with a stinger missile - job done!

Reminds me of the time when that charity sponsored, Christian Aid train got in my way....
