Blackchat is racist -

While trying to access blackchat.co.uk using an anonymous proxy server based in British Colombia, i got the following message:
** WARNING **
This connection has been refused.
The Internet site you are attempting to access
has been designated by a web classification service as
containing material that contravenes
the BC Government's Internet usage policy.
When i clicked for more information, it said:
A third party commercial product Websense is used to provide HTTP URL (Uniform Resource Locator) filtering. Websense is responsible for web site classifications. Presently the BC Government restricts sites (based on the "Human Rights Act") categorized as:
· Racism/Hate
· Adult: Sex
· Adult: Adult Content
· Proxy Avoidance
· Security (Malicous Websites, Spyware, Phishing and Other Frauds, Potentially Unwanted Software, Bot Networks, and Keyloggers)
· Extended Government Inappropriate
Anyone ever heard of Websense? Searched their site to find out exactly why blackchat has been designated as "inappropriate" but couldnt find any information. OR is it simply the "proxy avoidance" bit - the fact i was trying to use a proxy server.
