Right, so the earth is heating up and we're all doomed or something... all this carbon dioxide is being pumped into the air and its warming up the planet and melting the ice caps...

Melting the ice caps.... thats what the scientists are saying, that the ice caps are melting, and oh yeah, theres a shortage of water.. at the same time.... so these scientists with all their math and equations think that when you make yourself a drink and put ice into it, when the ice melts the water levels suddenly rise and overflow the glass you put them in... and that after all of that you'll be thirsty because theres a lack of water.

Non sense.

I think that all this global warming is another scapegoat for genocide, as my mom says, everything is killing us except them.... ok, perhaps the climate is changing but that whole the ice caps are melting bit is rubbish and people would be able to fend for themselves if it weren't for certain constraints imposed on them and neighboring countries. Can't believe I heard a news reporter say that certain countries are going to have to start growing their own crops rather than import them... didn't know news reporters were so well educated, must have studied economics or something.

If the Ice is in the water then the water level will not rise.

But if the ice is ON LAND, as in Greenland and Antarctica, and melts then the water will flow into the oceans raising their levels. Of course particulate matter makes things a little more complicated than that.

The side effects of 9/11 are very peculiar.
