gangs ? a problem of isloated groups in small areas... on my street there is a group of teens ( i don't want to give them that title gang) every one of them has some sort of problem: no father , abused mentally/physically, homeless in one case... if if we start to treat people in terms of worth.. and ignore those who we deem as being useless or of little worth to us, is it any wonder kids become feral.

This mini film is very good. I commend this young woman for her creativiity and insight. I also want to commend her for bringing the realities of the streets to the forefront. Unfortunately this is not new. These conditions exist in Europe and in the U.S . where I am from.

The Freedom song at the end is TOTALLY out of place for this film. These children know absolutely NOTHING about the struggles of the slaves torn from the shores of Africa or they would not be continuing this tribal warfare. That's right gangs and the activities thereof is tribalry. Tribalry WAS AND IS A WAY OF LIFE for Africans. Tribalry has, is, and will always have the same effect.
