Hi All,
I'm new here, and to be honest, a bit lost finding my way around the site.

A big thumbs up for the events page, I will definately be going to some of them.

Hoping to meet new people here, especially anyone into spirituality (non religious), writing and african/ caribbean history. and add my thoughts to any interesting topics when i can. Can anyone tell me how i can meet up with other likeminded for company going to any of the events or other events?

Hello BNV

I stumbled into the Village while on on a quest to find out more about The No 1 Ladies' Detective Agency film.

What a pleasant surprise. Looks like a thriving community going on here and a lot of interesting discussions. I think the village will be a regular on-line stopping place form now on. I certainly intend to spend more time looking around and participating in village life...

BTW, Great site design. Clear, unobtrusive and easy to navigate.

The trouble is sometimes people pass through and don't stick around long enough to get to know the regular villagers or inerract with us so it can be hard - both ways. It's nice that you came back and CONGRATULATIONS on making villager status
