Should Pan-Africanists invade an African country?

Would it ever be acceptable if a bunch of diasporian pan-africanists invaded a sovereign African state to oust a dictator?

They could use the country as a base to rebuild and put into place truly Pan-africnist policies.

2. Whether Pan Africanism can work in a single state?;

3. Whether Pan-Africanists can be said to "invade" a continent that belongs as much to themas it does to the Europeans, Arabs and Chinese who currently run it for their own benefit (if not more so);

4. What happened to the 12 million strong movement of The Right Excellent Marcus Mosiah Garvey when Mr Garvey merely threatened to set foot in Africa 90 years ago or so?

This was mentioned some months back. A sort of African Foreign Legion that would play a more active part than the African Union or ECOWAS has done.

Indeed most of the conflicts in Africa have tended to be Civil and this has caused so much suffering. Of Course these "Civil" conflicts are encouraged by foreign forces.

A Pan African force with a set consitution would be better, than theses European private Military Companies that operate covertly for Western Governments. It might have prevented Rwanda.

Lets say the answer is YES.

Where would the fighters come from? Outside of the United States, where are there trained warriors....in enough numbers, that could mount such an attack?

I understand where you are coming from bro, but let's look at reality. Diasporans are certainly no more capable than our continental brothers and sisters. However, it seems that foreign capital interests are dominating the politics of African nations. If this great influence was coming from anywhere outside of Africa, is it not most logical for it to come from Africans in the Diaspora? You arecorrect that the right people simply are not in power. Given this reality, wouldn't Pan-Africanists who also realize this be more constructive in seeing thatthe rightAfricans are in the positions of government and leadership. As for now, those dictating the government and leadership are the puppets of White or Asiatic capital interests. Would you rather foreign influence come from anyone else than your own people,albeit extended people? This is why I think if Diasporans were given dual citizenship (preferably in a Central or South-Central African country) then Africa as a whole would be transformed almost over night into a world leader.
